Corrections come first

If a price, a specification or a policy on this site is wrong, that is the most useful message we can get. Send the page and what you found, ideally with the seller's page that shows the correct figure, and we will fix it and note the change on the page.

For manufacturers and brands

We are happy to receive corrections, specifications and product information. We do not accept payment for reviews, placements or rankings, we do not send drafts for approval before publication, and we do not remove documented drawbacks on request. Our disclosure explains how we are paid.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell, ship, service or warranty any product on this site, so we cannot help with an order, a return or a repair. Those go to the seller or the manufacturer directly. We also cannot advise on whether a specific slope or pool is safe for a specific machine, because we cannot see it. Your equipment manual and a local professional can.
